John Colborn is the Executive Director of Apprenticeships for America, a membership and advocacy organization working to expand apprenticeship in the United States. He has served as an employer sponsor and developer of apprenticeship programs in information technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and social services.
John has amassed over 30 years of experience with community-based and national nonprofits, including serving as an education, workforce, and human services practitioner, Director of the Aspen Institute Skills for America’s Future program, Vice President Operations at the Ford Foundation, and program manager at the Philadelphia-based Reinvestment Fund. |

Dr. Keith Cornille |
|
Dr. Keith Cornille (Ed.D. Educational Leadership, Edgewood College) has held various positions in higher education over the past 30 plus years, before becoming the fourth President at Heartland Community College in July 2018. Dr. Cornille is responsible for the administration, operation and development of the College. He reports to the Board of Trustees and ensures Heartland is accomplishing its mission on behalf of District 540 residents and community partners. |

Pam Lau |
|
Pamela Lau, Ed.D., serves as the President of Parkland College. She enetered the community college world as an adjunct faculty member in developmental reading in 1995. Over the years at Parkland, she assumed different leadership roles including VP/Chief Academic Officer to enhance the college’s efforts to provide quality academic programs and improve student learning and success. In November 2019, the Parkland College Board of Trustees named Dr. Lau as President-designee; she assumed responsibilities as the college president in January 2023 |

Dr. Siddiqi |

Dr. Muddassir Siddiqi is the President of the College of DuPage, bringing over two decades of leadership experience in the corporate sector and public higher education. Before this role, he served as Vice Chancellor of Instructional Innovation and Digital Strategy and as President of Central College within the Houston Community College System, where he led district-wide initiatives in student success, curricular reform, community engagement, and the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) and immersive learning technologies. He has also held senior leadership positions at community colleges in Illinois. Dr. Siddiqi is deeply committed to expanding access, advancing equity, and promoting social mobility in the communities served by his institutions. He holds an Ed.D. in Adult Education from Northern Illinois University, as well as graduate degrees in business and industrial technology. He has completed executive education programs at Harvard and Stanford.
