Submit an electronic version of the Area Plan by Wednesday, February 1, 2023, with appropriate signature(s), to: ael.compliance@illinois.gov. The original signed Area Plan should be kept on file by the Chairperson and/or Secretary of the Area Planning Council.

  • APC Letter & Instructions (PDF)  –  This document provides an outline of the required elements of the APC Plan and includes the Name of the Planning Council, Signature of the Area Planning Council Chairperson, and once approved, the signature of the appropriate ICCB staff.

 

  • APC Officer Form (PDF) – The APC Officer Form identifies the Council Chairperson, Council Co-Chair/Vice Chair, Council Secretary, and the Local Workforce Innovation Board (LWIB) Representative.

 

  • Attachment 1 – APC Members – LWIB Partners (Word) – This document provides space to identify representatives from ICCB funded programs, APC partners, Local Workforce Innovation Board partner agencies or other stakeholders invited to attend the APC meetings.

 

 

  • Attachment 2c – Additional Need Data (optional) (Word) – This information should focus on additional needs identified in the regional (Economic Development Region) and local (Local Workforce Innovation Area) planning processes and not encompassed by the charts in Attachment 2a or 2b.
