The Equity Summit is the first event in Illinois that exclusively focuses on community colleges and the critical issues outlined in the annual Equity Plan. This free Summit brings together leaders, educators, and stakeholders to discuss and develop actionable strategies for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across our state’s community colleges.

Geared towards leaders, staff, and faculty committed to equitable outcomes for students, sessions encompass culturally responsive teaching, understanding equity data, equity assessment, and more, all aimed at fostering an inclusive environment.
