The Financial Compliance and Program Accountability division in conjunction with the Finance and Operations division contribute to the development of the System Operating, Capital, and Adult Education budgets. Staff also provides guidance, leadership, and support to colleges and other ICCB divisions on matters related to finance, financial reporting, funding, fiscal monitoring, capital matters, policies and administrative rules development, and grant management. Staff work to ensure, fair and equitable distribution of state funds to 39 Illinois community college districts and other non-college grant recipients (primarily adult education and career and technical education providers), a high level of accountability and integrity is maintained over ICCB processes used to collect data impacting distribution of state funds, that accurate and timely financial and facilities related data are gathered for use in ICCB publications.
