I believe that using technology in the classroom and having the students participate with it is a great idea. My class is in person and we use technology as a class. Whenever we are going over a lesson or when I am showing them how to look for a specific YouTube video. We also try to go to the computer lab once a week to continue working on their computer skills. Having them use technology outside of the classroom has proved to be a little challenging but I am taking one step at a time.
