Using technology is a great learning tool for adult learners but with ESL students it has to be very basic. I have used the Ventures 2 book online and provided online quizzes and tests to gauge their level of comprehension and understanding. Although breakout rooms have been attempted for group projects, we have not had great success due to the variety of levels in the class. Jamboard has been a fun way to get students involved.
