I absolutely agree with the materials, checklists and videos in this unit. I already incorporate many of these things. While teaching overseas, I also created a resiliency checklist because I worked with many students who lived overseas and came to us from their home countries. The 10 minute interview is very insightful and I am reminded to look at it again in the midterm.
