    The ICCB videos in this section were very helpful. I hadn’t spent much time thinking about the difference between equality and equity until now. But even though I didn’t appreciate that difference as much as I needed to, I’ve been taking several measures to develop equity in the classroom already. I learn my students names, even in classes with over 20 students. I walk around the entire classroom and don’t stick to just the front of the room to interact with all students.

    Some things that I need to do more of would be getting to know more about my students; who they are, where they come from, and what kind of learners they are.
